Your best interest

I won’t go into detail but…

It’s really hard to participate in a conversation that you find boring, even though it would be in your best interest to join in…..

New Orleans

It’s probably been about two and a half years since I had last been to New Orleans, and maybe I didn’t see it along the way, but I’ve *really* changed since then. Bourbon Street while an interesting place to people watch is absolutly morally bankrupt. Sam and I stood in a bar for an hour, and I’ve never been more bored in my life. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves though… temporarily.

It’s really hard to respect women when they don’t respect themselves in the way they dress. …and they wonder why we stare.

Bourbon Street was as packed and crazy as I’ve ever seen it before when I first got there at 5:30pm… Sunday afternoon. Sure it was New Year’s and Sugar Bowl weekends, but wow.

I had a history class durring my senior year fall semester at Auburn where there were assigned seats, and I sat next to a particular woman, who was a freshman. It’s the strangest thing, but I see her at almost every AWAY Auburn football game I’ve been to since graduating… Georgia Tech, SEC Championship, and I ran into her on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. I’ve never said anything in passing, but I swear next time I see her, I’m going to… It’s just getting weird that I see her so much. I was driving through Auburn going to the beach, and she pulled up next to me at a traffic light.

Virginia Tech has had a pretty good football team the last couple years, but I really don’t know much about the team, and didn’t really have a reason to hate them. Heck, their orange is the same orange as Auburn’s. However… their fans lead cheers durring Auburn’s Alma Mater during the Sugar Bowl pregame. now I wish them a slow a painful death. …If only we could have put the ball in the endzone…

Things that make you go humm…

Why do I get the feeling that my webpage is viewed more by the Poker advertisers than by actual people? ..Well, probably because it’s true!

For Christmas I got a ton of Kitchen utensils… It was like a housewarming party, but without the house. Now I want to throw a Dinner party!

At work the other day, one of my TV station assistants asked if I was married… humm…..

Went to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl! War Eagle. I’ll post pictures sometime this weekend. I’m sure the Poker advertisers will love them.
