Hello –

My [company name] emails are formatted such that names are displayed “Last Name, First Name” when received.

This is causing issues for me because my last name is also a first name, and nearly all email recipients (including clients) don’t see the comma and believe that they have received an email from a woman named Grace Stewart… As such, they reply to “Grace”.

Is there any way to change my email settings so that my emails appear to be sent by “Stewart Grace” instead of “Grace, Stewart”? That would eliminate a lot of confusion and embarrassment for people when they find out they’ve mistaken my gender. From my side, it’s also getting a little annoying to have to correct everyone…
